New Delhi, April 7 -- The Aysushman Bharat Yojana (Prime Minister Jan Arogya Yojana) has been formally implemented in Delhi. At the Akashvani Rang Bhavan on April 5, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between National Health Authority (NHA) and State Health Agency (SHA), GNCTD in the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda.
With this agreement, eligible families residing in Delhi will now be able to avail free medical treatment up to Rs.10 lakh per year under the scheme.
