New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- Delhi Minister Ashish Sood on Monday inspected the under-construction flats at Bhalswa and reviewed the progress of ongoing development works and civic amenities at the site.

During the visit, the Minister directed officials to ensure that construction is completed at the earliest while maintaining high quality standards, so that residents are provided with safe and improved housing facilities.

Speaking to the media, Ashish Sood said the government is firmly committed to ensuring a dignified life for slum dwellers in the national capital.
