New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah, on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday, inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of various development projects worth about Rs.1,723 crore of the Delhi Government under the 'Seva Pakhwada' in New Delhi.
