New Delhi, June 27 -- The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has lodged a case against former Delhi Health Ministers Saurabh Bhardwaj and Satyendar Jain over alleged irregularities in health infrastructure projects carried out by the Delhi government.
The FIR, registered under Section 13(1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, and Indian Penal Code Sections 409 (criminal breach of trust by a public servant), 420 (cheating and dishonest inducement), and 120-B (criminal conspiracy), names both ministers, as well as unidentified government officials and private contractors.
