New Delhi, Jan. 16 -- The Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday referred to a Jalandhar court order in the alleged fake video case involving Kapil Mishra, asserting that forensic findings had established the clip as doctored and digitally altered. The party said the court's directions to remove the video from all social media platforms and preserve related data validated its allegations.

Addressing a press conference, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Delhi Pradesh Convenor of the AAP, stated that the forensic report placed before the court clearly showed that a key word attributed to the speaker was not present in the original audio. He alleged that the circulation of the manipulated video was aimed at provoking communal tension in Punjab.
