Addressing a press conference, AAP Delhi incharge Sauraabh Bhardwaj claimed that malaria figures in Delhi have now surpassed the records of the past ten years, attributing the surge directly to widespread waterlogging in areas such as Connaught Place and Sadar Bazaar.
