New Delhi, May 3 -- he Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led Delhi government following widespread waterlogging in the capital after a spell of light rain. Referring to the ruling dispensation as a "four-engine government", AAP accused it of complete failure in managing basic civic infrastructure.
AAP alleged that despite Chief Minister Rekha Gupta's bold claims that there would be no waterlogging in Delhi, the first rain of the season exposed the reality, turning city roads into rivers. Party leader Adil Khan stated, "This rain has drowned the false promises of the BJP's four-engine government."
