New Delhi, April 16 -- Addressing a press conference, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Delhi in-charge Saurabh Bhardwaj alleged that the Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has ordered that EWS certificates will no longer be made in Delhi.
