New Delhi, Feb. 14 -- The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) (DEPwD), under the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, in collaboration with the National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC), is set to host the 24th Divya Kala Mela at Gulshan Ground, Jammu, from 14th to 24th February, 2025. The event is scheduled to be inaugurated tomorrow by the Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, Dr. Virendra Kumar, along with esteemed dignitaries and officials.
