New Delhi, Nov. 26 -- India will host a high-level conference at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan to mark 50 years of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) entering into force. India is one of the 189 member states, most of which are developing countries, and has consistently upheld the principles of disarmament and non-proliferation.According a statement by the Ministry of External Affairs, the conference will bring together scientific experts, policymakers, diplomats, and representatives of global and regional organisations.
