New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- An art show, "Ways of Seeing," recently organized by the Delhi Art Gallery (DAG) highlights 180 works by both female and male artists across ages, including Nandalal Bose, Amrita Sher-Gil, Mrinalini Mukherjee, Jamini Roy, among others.

As indicated by DAG, the month-long show has brought back the idea, "scopophilia," meaning the delight of taking a gander at a person or thing with regard to the "gazer and the gazed." "The show explores the subtle distinctions in the ways the artists of both sexes create and experience art," added the gallery.

The art show has been categorized into two sections; "Women Artists" and "Women as Muse."
