New Delhi, July 19 -- Vistara, the joint venture between Tata Sons Ltd and Singapore Airlines Ltd (SIA), on Thursday, 11 July, said it will start international flights from August, starting with Singapore. Vistara will operate a daily flight each from Delhi and Mumbai to Singapore from 6 August and 7 August, respectively, the airline said in a statement. The carrier, which began its operations in January 2015, currently serves 24 domestic destinations with a fleet of 23 Airbus A320 and six Boeing 737-800NG aircraft. Vistara will operate Boeing 737-800NG aircraft with a two-class cabin configuration of business and economy on the Singapore routes. The airline said it will soon expand its international network.
