NEW DELHI, Jan. 10 -- India is planning to make its third visit to the Moon, Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) chairman K. Sivan said on Wednesday, 1 January.

The agency has also identified four astronauts for Gaganyaan, the country's first human space flight set for launch in 2021, he said.
