NEW DELHI, Dec. 24 -- The Delhi Police have arrested the alleged kingpin of an organised crime syndicate under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA), following a sustained investigation into a network accused of spreading fear across the capital for over a decade. The arrest was made after the Swaroop Nagar PS received an anonymous tip-off. The accused has been identified as Rajesh Sharma alias Vivek, a resident of Swaroop Nagar in north Delhi.
