NEW DELHI, July 27 -- Two men have been arrested for allegedly stealing gold biscuits from a running Delhi Metro train. One suspect, a habitual offender, led police to Rs 3 lakh in suspected proceeds. A third person has been bound down, while efforts continue to trace the remaining stolen gold.
