India, April 16 -- Speaking at the 44th IIPA's Advance Professional Programme in Public Administration, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, on April 15, said that the crux of the entire governance paradigm was implementation or how well was the delivery mechanism functioning, informed an official release.
He urged the officers to explore creative alternatives pro-actively to challenge the status quo by taking steps to strengthen the dialogue with people for active partnership in the progress of the nation.
Some of his advice to governance was somewhat as follows:
