SHILLONG, Nov. 17 -- Formed this year on September 24, Youth Organisation On a Trailblazing Society (YOOTS) was official launched on November 15, 2019 with a beauty pageant entitled "Mr and Miss Earth Meghalaya 2019," at U Soso Tham Auditorium, Shillong. The organisation was formed to engage the youths in the civic, cultural, social and economic life and the organizers of the event are experts in their respective field and profession.
