SHILLONG, June 16 -- The World Health Organisation, Surveillance Medical Officer, Dr. N Roy said that Meghalaya has given a lesson to the entire country on how community can deal with COVID-19 cases.The WHO, Surveillance Officer who was attending the press briefing of the DHS, Dr. Aman War said this in reply to a question about his assessment on how Meghalaya is doing in the fight against COVID.

"Meghalaya has given a lesson to India that how the community can deal with these cases," he said adding that the State the lowest number of positive cases and we are doing pretty well as of now.
