Shillong, May 21 -- Meghalaya government is taking all efforts to keep the citizen safe and healthy, be it at home or stranded outside the state or those being quarantine in various isolation centres. Till May 20, over 7050 stranded citizen were brought back safely and the last to return back are the one from Bangalore on May 21, 2020 by a special train. On May 21, 2020 the Frontline Health workers are not only fighting against the COVID-19 but at the same time braving the heavy rain and wind due to cyclone 'Amphan' and many more citizen who are still stranded outside the state and spread across the country, have taken to the social media to seek for immediate help.
