SHILLONG, May 23 -- The Government of Meghalaya will soon take a call for re-opening of the two major commercial hubs in the capital city.After a review meeting on Saturday, the sate Deputy Chief Minister, Prestone Tynsong told reporters that the government has been receiving a lot of requests for re-opening of Iewduh (Bara Bazar) and Khyndailad (Police Bazar).

In view of this, Tynsong said the government has directed the Chief Secretary, M. S. Rao and the Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills District, Matsiewdor War Nongbri to work out on the modalities for re-opening of the two major commercial hubs.
