Meghalaya government should challenge fund crunch by encouraging entrepreneurship
Shillong, June 23 -- The incumbent Meghalaya Democratic Alliance (MDA) led by National People's Party (NPP) headed by Conrad Kongkal Sangma is determined to improve the education and health services in the state, but due to the financial crunch, neither the structural infrastructure nor up-gradation for educational institutions could be undertaken.
Conrad also stated that his government is mulling an idea of focusing its resources on 'worst performing' schools across the State in order to improve and bring them at par with other better performing schools.
