Shillong, May 24 -- The stranded citizen from Meghalaya, comprising mainly of Students, Migrant workers and those seeking medical care might be in a much better position, when it comes to returning home through Special Train. Some hit the road with private vehicle and others are waiting for the Air services. They need not walk thousands of kilometers like those from other states. However, the Special Train which set off from South India on May 18, 2020, on arrival to Bihar on May 24, 2020 the returnees was taken by shocked, alleging that the Indian Railways Police have allowed the passengers to board the said train, and some had even broken the window, as the inmates refused to open.
