SHILLONG, June 15 -- The Meghalaya unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said that it would advise the state government to call the banned Khasi rebel outfit, the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) for peace talks.Reacting to a query during a press conference on Monday, the state President of the BJP, Ernest Mawrie said that the state party welcomed the HNLC's offer for peace talks.
