SHILLONG, Nov. 22 -- A lecture on 'Japan-India Relation in the Indo-Pacific' organised by North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) in collaboration with the IRIS Club of NEHU was held on November 21, 2019.Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Japan in India, Toshihide Ando delivered the lecture where he dwelt at length on the various types of collaboration that Japan and India are having in recent times for shared prosperity, security and destiny.

Addressing the PG students, research scholars and faculty of the University, the Japanese Diplomat informed that about nine ongoing and three new ODA projects being taken up by the Government of Japan for the development of the North Eastern Region.
