Shillong, June 9 -- The unexpected moved by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on June 7, 2020 that in Delhi government and private hospitals only residents of Delhi will get treatment, after numerous complaints reaching his Office that private hospitals are black marketing hospital's bed for COVID-19 treatment ranging from Rs 2 to Rs 8 lakhs per patient, while others totally refused to admit even the suspects cases.
