SHILLONG, June 8 -- The foreign citizen, who allegedly behaved violently with the doctors and nurses of the Shillong Civil Hospital, has been tested negative for COVID-19, officials said on Monday.Health Minister of Meghalaya, A. L. Hek told reporters that Theodore Moallem, a citizen of the United States of America (USA), who works at the NGO Blind Lead Trust in Nongthymmai, Lawjynrew, was taken to the Shillong Civil Hospital, after he reportedly went to Guwahati on May 26 and arrived in Shillong on June 6.
