SHILLONG, March 20 -- The Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad K. Sangma has lashed out at his predecessor, Dr. Mukul Sangma for introducing different flagship mission, which, in Conrad's opinion, were not result oriented and had led to huge financial burden on the state.Conrad said that Mukul had introduced Agar and Bamboo mission in Meghalaya during his tenure as Chief Minister without any research or creating document which was based on mapping the skills of the farmers.

"He (Mukul) had introduced several missions in the state which led to financial burden. He was least bothered to execute the mission properly, and the programme failed," said Conrad while addressing several election rallies at Resubelpara in North Garo Hills (NGH) on W...
