SHILLONG, June 23 -- The state Health Minister informed on Tuesday that the test report of Chief Minister, Conrad K. Sangma, has tested negative for COVID-19.Health Minister, A. L. Hek told reporters that the Chief Minister who had recently gone to Manipur was tested for the virus and the result came out negative.

According to him, it is general protocol for anybody who had gone outside the state and come back on the same day, that swab testing has to be conducted. "A certificate was also issued to the Chief Minister. However, he (Sangma) has again today flown to Manipur for his personal works," said the Health Minister.
