SHILLONG, June 15 -- The state government has decided to continue the ban on inter-state movement till the end of June."Inter-state movement is still not allowed till the end of this month," Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong told reporters after a review meeting held on Monday.

He said issues related to tourism in the state were also discussed during the meeting keeping in mind the livelihood activities of the local people. "However, we are yet to take a decision on this matter as we are waiting for reports from all deputy commissioners," Tynsong added.

The review meeting was chaired by the Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma.
