SHILLONG, June 18 -- Auctioning for transportation of 2 lakh metric tons of already extracted coal will start within 10 days time, informed the Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad K. Sangma.The state government has already finalized the entire procedure for auctioning of coal during a recent meeting held with the Coal India Limited (CIL) and Metal Scrap & Trading Corporation Ltd (MSTC), Sangma told reporters. "Now that the MSTC has cleared the entire process, I hope that we can initiate the actual auctioning process in about a week or 10 days time," said Conrad Sangma.
