KUALA LUMPUR, Sept. 21 -- An offer too good to be true? That might have been the case for a young woman from Kedah who came to Kuala Lumpur for a property agent job offering RM3,500 as starting pay.

Influencer Chee Heng Kuan or more known as Uncle Kentang said the woman had contacted him to ask for financial assistance.

She had taken a bus all the way from Kedah to take the job.

After seeing the conversations she had with her purported employer, Chee, feeling suspicious told her not to go to the meeting, at least not alone.
