KUALA LUMPUR, Sept. 20 -- A 27-year-old woman was found dead in a Sri Petaling condominium after building management raised the alarm over a foul smell from her unit.
Brickfields police chief ACP Hoo Chang Hook told Berita Harian officers were called around 11.35am yesterday by the landlord, who had been unable to contact the tenant. The landlord had earlier been informed of the odour by condominium staff.
"A police team went to the unit with the landlord and a locksmith. When the door was forced open, officers found the tenant's body hanging in the bathroom," Hoo said, as cited by the national daily.
