SINGAPORE, Sept. 20 -- Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) is set to enhance its focus on drones, robotics, and artificial intelligence (AI), having developed its proprietary generative AI tool.

The tech is named Gaia, short for Generative AI assistant.

It aims to bolster the nation's defence capabilities by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

DSTA said in a statement: "Built with flexibility and scalability in mind, Gaia allows us to swop between different LLMs (large language models) so that we can use the model that best suits each use case."
