KUCHING, Sept. 12 -- Malaysia is steadily positioning itself as a regional semiconductor hub, with Sarawak emerging as a key driver of the nation's high-tech ambitions, said Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Speaking at the launch of X-FAB Sarawak's RM3-billion expansion at Sama Jaya High Tech Park today, the Prime Minister said the investment reflects strong international confidence in the state's leadership and governance.
