KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 29 -- A community group is demanding greater transparency from the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) regarding a draft redevelopment plan for the city, calling for the public release of key technical reports they say are essential for informed public consultation.
The plan, known as the Draft Special Area Plan (Rancangan Kawasan Khas - RKK) for Sections 19, 51, and 51A, proposes major redevelopment and transport interventions within central industrial and mixed-use zones.
