PASIR GUDANG, Oct. 3 -- A 19-year-old motorcyclist was killed after he was dragged under a bus following a crash at the Jalan Masai Kong Kong-Jalan Betik 1 junction here yesterday.

Seri Alam district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Sohaimi Ishak said the victim died at the scene of the 7.30am incident, Berita Harian reported.

He said the accident occurred when the Yamaha Y15 motorcycle the victim was riding towards Jalan Masai was hit by a van exiting a junction to make a right turn.

"The victim could not avoid the collision and struck the front left side of the van before falling and getting dragged under a bus coming from the opposite direction," he was quoted as saying.
