PETALING JAYA, Oct. 19 -- There were no witnesses to the incident in which a Universiti Malaya (UM) student fell from his residential college building here on Thursday.
According to Harian Metro, Petaling Jaya police chief, Assistant Commissioner Shamsudin Mamat, stated that investigations are still ongoing.
"There were no witnesses to the fall, and our investigation indicates that the victim fell from a height (a four-storey college building)," he said in a statement to the daily.
Shamsudin also confirmed that the police have questioned several individuals today.
Earlier reports revealed that the student tragically died after allegedly falling from the college building in an incident that occurred at around 3.15pm.
