SINGAPORE, Sept. 24 -- Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) has been named the world's fourth most internationally connected airport and the highest-ranked in Asia in the OAG Megahubs 2025 report.
The annual ranking, released yesterday by global travel data platform OAG, measures airports by the number of potential connections between inbound and outbound international flights on their busiest day.
KLIA's fourth-place position marks a steady rise from fifth in 2015, reflecting a 22 per cent increase in destinations served over the past decade.
