KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 15 -- The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will summon the management of KDEB Waste Management (KDEBWM) to explain a series of offences allegedly committed by the company.
According to national dailyBerita Harian, JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said the department took the matter seriously after discovering that the company's garbage trucks, which operate across Selangor, frequently violated traffic regulations.
"This issue was discussed with Transport Minister Anthony Loke yesterday to ensure firm action is taken against any KDEBWM vehicles that fail to comply with the law.
