PUTRAJAYA, Jan. 14 -- The Home Ministry has reminded Malaysian travellers who use the MyNIISe app at the Johor-Singapore border to register for a MyDigital ID by tomorrow to continue using the fast-track immigration system.
The ministry said this integration will be immediately enforced for new users of the National Integrated Immigration System (MyNIISe) app starting from January 15.
However, a grace period will be given to existing users. Those who are already using MyNIISe can continue to log in via their current methods until the app's trial period ends on February 28 giving them more time to register for their MyDigital ID.
For travellers who do not use the MyNIISe app, immigration clearance will continue as normal.
