KUALA LUMPUR, Nov. 1 -- The fire at a restaurant in KLCC Tower 3 has been successfully contained, with no casualties reported, according to fire and rescue officials on site.
The fire, which started early this morning, was brought under control by 8.45am.
Speaking to reporters, Sentul Fire and Rescue Chief Mohd Hafizan Hassan confirmed that his team responded swiftly after receiving a distress call at 6.41am.
Fire units from three stations arrived at the scene by 6.48am to begin fire and rescue operations.
"A total of 35 fire and rescue personnel from three stations - Sentul, Jalan Tun Razak, and Jalan Hang Tuah - were deployed to the scene," Hafizan said.
