KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 16 -- The Ministry of Education (MOE) is implementing immediate reforms across all 10,243 schools in Malaysia to strengthen student safety and well-being.
According to national daily Harian Metro, Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek said the initiative focuses on five key areas:
Physical and mental healthReproductive and social health education to combat sexual violence and substance abuseChild protection policiesTeacher welfareStudent voices
"All State and District Education offices have been mobilised for practical and efficient implementation," she told Parliament during Question Time today.
