BATANGAS CITY, Sept. 22 -- The Batangas Police Provincial Office is on full alert and has intensified preparations and response efforts as super typhoon ''Nando'' made landfall on Monday afternoon. BPPO Director Police Col. Geovanny Emerick Sibalo said they have prepositioned essential disaster response equipment.
