SINGAPORE, Nov. 11 -- An Australian woman accused of stealing a box of anti-ageing supplements worth more than S$500 (RM1,600) from Changi Airport's transit area earlier this year was arrested when she returned to Singapore several months later, CNA reported.
Singapore police said they were alerted to the theft on May 7, when staff at a Guardian pharmacy in Terminal 1 discovered a box of supplements, priced at S$507.30, missing from a display shelf.
CCTV footage allegedly showed the 51-year-old suspect leaving the outlet with the unpaid item on April 14. Police managed to establish her identity, but she had already left the country.
