KUALA LUMPUR, July 24 -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has instructed the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) to ensure that the upcoming "Himpunan Turun Anwar" protest proceeds without any form of intimidation or obstruction.
