KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 15 -- The father of a 14-year-old boy now in police custody for allegedly killing another student at a school in Bandar Utama said his heart was shattered by his son's actions.
In an interview with China Press, the 40-year-old man said he never imagined his son was capable of violence.
The man, who declined to be named, described his son as quiet and introverted.
He admitted there was no apology sufficient to make up for what had happened.
"I know whatever I say now means nothing.
"No matter what I do, it won't bring their daughter back. I don't know how to face them," he said.
