Hong Kong, April 5 -- The 27th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony took place on April 4, 2021. Like many other award shows, the pandemic led to major changes in the presentation that included cutting down the duration to 60 minutes instead of the usual two hours. The show was entirely pre-recorded; there was no red carpet and no host.
