Hong Kong, Feb. 1 -- Good Earth is celebrating its 28th anniversary by asking Delhi-based pastry chef Bani Nanda of Miam Patisserie to create sweet treats inspired by their iconic designs.

As a brand, Good Earth has always been guided by elements of nature when it comes to its designs. The ancient Indian text of Vedas talks about the concept of Van Vaibhav or 'splendour of the forest' and many of Good Earth's designs use this as a starting point.
