India, May 16 -- Abu Dhabi has been picking up steam for a host of tourist attractions, and the newly announced Disneyland is just another feather in its cap. The Walt Disney Company shared plans for a new Disney theme park on 7 May while shedding light on the growing prominence of the United Arab Emirates as a global financial and entertainment hub. The waterfront resort will come to life in Abu Dhabi's playground - Yas Island, and will be developed in partnership with local firm Miral.
