Hong Kong, Feb. 15 -- In an unexplored corner of North-East India is a quaint village, Khatkhati. Even though it is less than 10 kms away from Nagaland's prime town Dimapur, you won't find Khatkhati featuring in a lot of travel blogs or on Instagram. But what was left out by social media became a treasure trove for me as I embarked on a journey to the distilling unit of the bestselling whiskey in North-East India - Castle Hill's Dark Knight whiskey by Radiant Manufacturers.
